I can not believe some of the previous posts I am reading!! My wife and kid and I have lived at the Parkview Townhomes for almost 2 years and we have had the same manager the whole time that we have stayed here. My job is now over and we are going back to India soon and I wanted to say that our stay was very nice. We have felt safe and have had great service from the manager and maintenance. When I would go to the office with a complaint the manager was always nice and the problem was repaired very soon. My flat was fine to stay in and if my job comes back to Columbus I would like to stay at the Parkview again.
