Maintance here DO NOT have a clue what they are doing. They have a high turn over rate, but even the maintance crew that has worked here for years, still seem to not be the brightest crayon in the box. I have had to submitt a lot of work orders before the two oclock deadline, and it still takes them a week to show up to pretend they are going to fix what is wrong.

The ad's for the apartments sound nice. Spacious living, Pool, fitness center, dishwashers. That is a joke. They do not do routine maintance on anything around here, so everything is either broken, or well on it's way to be broken.

This past summer, the pool was down. The office said someone stuck some sort of objects in the drain and clogged it, however, they had to call in professionals to fix the pool. come to find out, the sand, that helps clean the pool had never been changed. Once changed, the pool is crystal clear.

I have put in numerous work orders about many things. I have been putting in work orders about my dishwasher for almost two years now. And it still is nto fixed. I have spoken with my neighbors, and they also have the same problem with the dishwashers. They do not clean the dishes, they actually make them look worse. And jet dry does not touch the film that gets left on the dishes. It does not drain all the water out of the dishwsher when the cycle is over.

Maintance has been here numerous times and state that there is nothing wrong with the dishwasher, that its hard water.

I called in a professional just to get an estimate to find out what is really going on, since maintance here can not seem to figure it out or fix it. The trained professional stated that the dishwasher is not any good, that it has not had routine maintance performed on it. That the only way to fix it, is to replace it. The dishwasher is out of date and will not ever work, no matter how much jet dry is in there, because it is worn out and has not ever been taken care of. This could have been prevented, if maintance would do routine maintance and service them at least once a year. However, maintance seems to lazy or short handed to do any of these things. It is an inconveince for them to do these simple tasks.

I have since been told that they are not going to replace anything like that. So, even though it is advertised that there are dishwashers here, count on washing them by hand. You will not have the luxury that they advertise here.

They need to hire someone who knows what they are doing, instead of someone who is good at pretending that they know whats going on and knows how to fix it. They also need to stand by there advertisement and have working things in the apartments. It is basically false advertisement.

lighing in the building is never working correctlly. the lights in the hallways are out, I along with my neighbors have submitted work orders and this is still not fixed. This is a safety hazard for everyone in the building.
