Quail Run Apartments get an A-

These apartments offer nice extras like tennis courts, a nice pool, work out room with cable TV, and a large laundry room. They also offer covered parking for an extra 20$/month. Beware: while other apartment managers give you a few days to pay your rent, here you will be charged $5.00/day it is late. They make no exceptions to this, even if the firt falls on a Saturday. Also, the apartment manager has a 24 hour emergency paging service, but when I needed to use it, I found out that the person on call did not take the pager. The apartment manager said that this does not happen often. If you pick a second level apartment, make sure you have help to lift large furiture up to the landing. The apartment itself has a large bedroom and new appliances. However, the heater/AC is loud. Loud enought that you have to turn up the radio/TV when it comes on.
