I am here to tell you that this place is a joke i used to live there and moved out right away its a joke and not worth your money . also cooperate is a joke as is mgr that is there now well not the new lady but another one whom is there and stienhurst manor..... u will not get anything fixed and the bord of health needs to go inspect every apt they will have a big ol hay day and i am sure that they would be shut down. and all the bad reports that are being made on here are being taken off by mgment and cooperate because i have seen some and now they are gone. the reason is because they dont want people to see the truth i am fixing to write a letter to the editor and call the new station channel 6 about them and then take it up from there and you will not get ur secuirty deposit back no matter if ur apt is in tip top shape you wont get any and you will get lucky if they dont sue you but if you are on housing and if you are recieving any goverment assistance they cant get crap out of you they may try to take you to court but it will not do them any good believe me i deal with the court system everyday thats my job!

Why don't you get an education, some grammar courses, and learn how to spell and puncuate before you post a review.

If you have a problem with management, then take it up with them as I know this illiterate whiner does. You are degrading the property when you simply have an issue with management. Go back to school, learn how to spell and speak properly and receive some education before you decide to slam a complex the next time. You need to be "fixin" to go back to school.
