I lived here... our AC busted and water leaked all over the floor downstairs ruining the carpet. The property manager told us that it would not be our reponsibility. Between then and when we moved out the property manager changed and there was no record of the agreement about the carpet... hence, we were taken to court about the charges for replacing the carpet along with other stupid claims about things being broken that we had told maintence about that were never fixed.

how about mentioning the fact that you let your dog use the downstairs bathroom as his personal hydrant. never in my life, even compared to cave dwellings as shown on the dyscovery channel have i seen such filth! similar to a 4th or 5th world slum. ur lucky u weren't charged to have the maintenance staff who turned your unit vaccinated.

I agree what an insult to such a terrific property. Just look around and see the great new roofs, the nice flowers and lawn care talk about curb appeal. It's folks like you that give maintenance free living a bad name.
