I have rented here for the past year and at first it was okay up until this last few months. They have tried charging me for things I didn't even do!! Someone threw cigarette butts all over the ground, and they tried blaming it on me...I DON'T SMOKE!! Then they tried saying my patio screen door was ripped...NO!! I had maintenance come out and look at it and they told me they would order new rollers for it since the ones on there were from the 1900's. I have waited a month now and the door is still sitting in my dining room. The walls are so thin I kid you not...the other night I heard my downstairs neighbor PEEING!!! As I walk my dog around the place I see a lot of empty units...NO WONDER. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The above remarks were a mistake. I actually live here and this statement is falsified under my name. The staff here has done a good job of making sure things are taken care of, and these comments are made from someone that does not live in this complex.
