On the day I moved in I noticed 4 dead bugs and was told I would need to clean them myself. It was all downhill from there. Exterminators have been out 4 times in the past year and I still kill a bug (beetles and cockroaches) or two every few days. The windows are so old your are seriously blowing money out the window. My heating bill in the winter got as high as 170 dollars. The coolest my unit gets in the summertime is 80 degrees and that is with the A/C running all day. When the heating and cooling is running it is so ridiculously loud you can't talk on the phone or watch TV. I have reported these issues numerous times and the issues remain. Don t fall for a Move-In special. Your rates will skyrocket at the end of your lease. Moving here was a huge mistake.

Well i've lived here for 4 years and i think the property is fantastic. Maybe you need to be cleaner then you won't have bugs. The maint team is terrific and always trying to help.

You obviously didn't read my original post. "On the day I moved in I noticed 4 dead bugs." We keep our unit clean; don't insult me because I could just as easily insult your intelligence. I am leaving a review based on my experience so others can be fully informed before they move in. Feel free share your experience but do not attempt to invalidate mine. Consider yourself lucky if you don???t have crickets and spiders. I know some of my neighbors have them and it is a known issue to the management because every month of their summer newsletter there is a note about contacting them to have your unit sprayed for insects.
