At every turn they have tried to get extra money from me. Charging late fee for depositing cheque an hour later, maintenance charges ever since I moved even though this place started falling apart the very day I moved in. An altogether bad experience. The staff is among the rudest I have ever seen in my entire life. Specially the leasing agent, Mellora, seems ready for a fight any time you step in their office.
I got a 2 bedroom aptt for $700 and a month later they were going out for $499. I was hopping mad but couldnt do anything as I had signed the lease. Before moving, check out other complexes in Columbus(wish I had done that). And for god's sake dont sign their lease as is; have a clause put in for when you need to move out for any reason.
