I'm not really sure what everyone else's problem is, but I really enjoyed living here. Once my lease was up after my first year, I signed a new lease without even having to second guess myself. My apartment was in good condition when I moved in, and I had very few problems during my stay. The staff at the front office has always been friendly towards me. They say hi if I pass any of them walking. Most of them know me by my name. Recently, I had some packages delivered that were left at the front office since I wasn't home. I don't get home from work until the office is already closed. The staff went out of their way to place my packages in my apartment on multiple occasions. Overall, it's just a really great place to live. The only reason I'm even leaving is because of a new job. Otherwise, I would not even think twice about signing on for a third year. I would definitely recommend Quail Run to anyone.

Yes, even I have noticed that every time there is a bad review of Quail Run, they themselves follow it up with a good review to mislead people. I lived there for 6 months and couldn't stand it any longer. I was mistreated many times by the management and charged for maintenance issues that I was not responsible for. I would never recommend this place to anybody. I hope they go out of business soon.

Ha-ha guys c'mon if you are going to write your own reviews, don't be so blatant about it. Staff being polite, you have to be from Mars or someplace to believe that.

Management is so despearate to improve there rating that they are putting good words for themselves.. Melora, please spend this time in customer satisfaction. you can have great business.

Melora and Michelle are great and so are the staff i just moved out of quail run on 5/31/09 and i find this horrific behavior!
