I was temporarily stationed at Camp Atterbury during the spring of 2009. I only stayed at Quail Run for 3 months but I did not encounter any problems during those three months. After signing my lease I stumbled upon some of these review sites. After reading the terrible reviews I started panicking! I thought I had just signed up for 3 months of hell! Thankfully I did not experience any of the negative things I have read about in these reviews ( and no I am not one of the employees!). I stayed in building 1065 APT A for 3 months. I had some minor things that needed fixing but they always got fixed and I was not changed for any of them. I found out my A/C did not work when the weather got warm enough to need it. The maintenance man came out within a couple hours to fix it. He wasn t able to fix it the first day but by mid-morning the next day it was fixed. The ladies in the office were always nice to me. I did see them enforce the rules of the complex, such as kicking out people from the pool area that were not residents or guests of residents, but I saw that as protecting the residents who were authorized to use the pool. So if you are looking for a safe, quiet, and comfortable apartment, than Quail Run would be a good choice, if you are looking for something else than look elsewhere.
