they will be nice to you at first to suck you in then they will treat you like crap and they also will talk about you and if they decide they dont like you they will raise your rent. melora is very unprofessional as a manager.also watch the maintenance people they cant be trusted in your apartment.

the bad review are anonymous because they are not written by the quail run management people, but by actual tenents.

I hope you were just kidding about them raising your rent if they don't like you. That is rediculous if you truly believe that. And if they treated you like crap, you must have been a jerk to them and deserved it.

well I don't work for Quail Run but I have lived here for five years. It has been a great experience thus far. I have had some air conditioner problems, but the maintenance team has always been there to deal with it and fix it. All in all it is a very nice clean place to live.
