Most apartment buildings put metal strips down when they lay carpet so the carpet does not raise at a seam. Not this place. Because of their oversight I tripped on the carpet in the middle of the night, it ripped, and I fell flat on my face. I told them about it, and they told me no problems.. I even offered to fix it with the metal stripping. They said don't worry about it. No one came to assess the damage! My lease was up a month and a half later and by then the carpet looked hideous. Now they're telling me I owe them for their oversight. What a crock!!!

Earlier in the summer my water heater element was arcing and burning up. I called it in to the maintenence and was told that it wasn't an emergency and they would be out the next weekday (this was a Friday or Saturday night). There was smoke and bad smells coming from the water heater and this is not an emergency. I was just glad I had renters insurance in case these fools let everything burn down!

Basically, don't trust them a lick, I'm definately never looking at that place again. I also had friends who stayed at their sister property, they also had very bad luck. Moved into dirty apartments, bad management, the whole nine yards. Bad management is all I have to say!!!!!!
