Management tells you one thing then renigs on any and all agreements after you sign the lease .. Security is non existant although the rent is raised to cover the cost of security, not for the tenants but for the owners property .. Maintenance, if you can call it that, is done whenever they feel like it, then in most cases the tenant is charged for it with a claim that the tenant caused the damage etc.. As for tenants rights there is none .. A total lack of concern for the tenants and their property etc..
