While living here i have experienced several problems with management. When we first moved here it was nice, then the people that lived below us started playing music during the night, VERY LOUDY. We did everything we could to get them to stop it, but they just didn't. So then we went to stienhurst to resolve it. What did they do but sit on their butts and do nothing. So we just called the cops on the people below us to get them to stop. Well the next day my car was keyed, and the people down stairs threatened us. So we finally kept bothering management and they moved us after dealing with this for almost 6 months.

Above all the ladies in the office are to in compitant to deal with anything professionally. They just set there and do nothing. If something breaks down it takes forever to get it fixed, then when they do fix it they try to charge you for personal damages done. I just have never lived in such a horrible place before.

I would not recommend anyone live here because the ladies in the office are two-faced that tell you anything to move in, but once you do they just dont care. You tell them something breaks and it takes you a couple of times to tell them to get them to write it down to get fixed. The carpet is cheap, and a lot of disturbing neighbors live around you.

If you live there dont live on the top floor because the roof is in bad shape. While living here we had a bad rain and the roof started leaking, we called to tell them it took them a couple of days to fix it and our furniture was ruined we just bought. they stated that is was our fault and that we must have our apartments insurance pay for it. Were inthe middle of a lawsuit with this place to get our stuff paid for.
