management is very rude in any communication once they trap u in
they enter ur house without permission even without knocking your doors
they also do change change your furniture without asking you..not everyday..but its a hidden feature
security is a question..do not get panic if somebody break opens ur car..
its very horrible situation when you move out..

No staff member ever enters an apartement without prior notification unless their is some type of emergency. In the case of an emergency and the resident is not home then the office tries to contact the resident at their contact number first. If no one can be reached THEN someone enters the unit. Again this is only under emergency circumstaces. No one ever changes or removes a resident's furniture under any circumstances. Security is not a problem at Steinhurst. We are located on 3 sides by a cornfield, Clify Creek and Clify Park. The area is pretty quiet and safe. As long as proper notice is given and the apartment is left clean and with no damages, then the move-out process is painless. Although we do hate to see you leave.
