This is the worst apartment complex I have ever seen. I paid way to much for a one BR, and none of my neighbors spoke english. They told me I ruined the carpets and was an unclean tenant, when my apartment was spotless, and the stains on the carpet were from the previous renter, because they did not change the carpets. They were five year old carpets. It was horrible. I still have not heard anything from them about my security deposit, but i think i will make them pay me 5 dollars a day for everyday I don't receive anything.

The apartment was covered with dirty dishes, food and animal feces and the tenat was warned on several occasions to clean the apartment up, after failing to do so, Steinhurst chose not to renew her lease. The carpet was ruined and had to be replaced.
