I was the perfect tenant. When I moved out I followed all of the regulations for cleaning as outlined in the lease agreement. I even left air fresheners in the electrical outlets. My apartment was spotless. THEY STILL KEPT MY SECURITY DEPOSIT! The final inspection report said the kitchen sink, oven, and floor were not clean and there were stains on the carpet. I had just steam vac'd the carpet prior to leaving. HA! What a scam. Also, THEY KEPT $76 of my RENT! They won't even return my phone calls to address this problem. My advice' You can buy a home for less than the rent at this dump. FYI: Quail Run is under the same management. Don't let them fool you. Check out my review there.

This resident had muliple animals in the apartment and although the bathrooms/kitchen were cleaned, the carpet had pet stains on it that she was charged for. She did recieve a portion of her deposit back. For the rent, she moved out a few days early, but is still responsible for paying rent through the term of her lease agreement. Her phone calls were returned but we only ever received voicemail to which messages were left.
