Overall, Columbus, Indiana is an expensive place to rent.
Steinhurst is average on price for the area.
The amenities they offer are a nice change from most of the other complexes in town. You receive a storage facility, and a washer and dryer which no other place offers.
The area is pretty quiet and safe and the staff is overall friendly and willing to help you out.
The only suggestion is to provide garages or covered parking.
