People who praise this place must be receiving the Good Neighbor award for the month or the early rent payment $25 award. Neither award is Transparently given. There are a lot of decent & honest minorities in this complex and most do speak English English and are college educatated. I have NEVER seen their names in the Awards. Never. Roofs do leak. After all the apartment is 30 years old. But the office ladies though tough and non-compromising, do keep the complex in better shape than the earlier revolving door managers. Decent place to stay if you like being left alone, but V. COSTLY.
