I agree with the handful of other former tenants who have written that Steinhurst Manor simply steals your security deposit. After having had my place cleaned 1 week before I left, the Steinhurst management miraculously came up with $200 worth of dirty appliances/surfaces, the exact amount of my security deposit. They even took $10 for a "dirty dishwasher" - a dirty dishwasher' Is that even possible. Other than being overpriced and poorly managed, I can't fault this apartment complex in any other regards.
Just be aware that you will NOT get your security deposit back!!
