The Manor is the best 'value' in town.

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
Spacious closets and only one utility bill-not gas- were what sold me on this place. Well that and the lady in the office.
The common hall does smell of foreign cuisine that the air fresheners do not disguise.
I have to admit I was skeptical of the so called "quiet" setting but I haven't had any typical apartment dwelling issues since I've lived here. You know neighbors fighting, kids crying, dogs barking, car vandilism, none of that has been an issue.
-Knock on wood-
It's not the Ritz but it's better than most in this town.
Synopsis: I would recommend this property.
