I have been staying here for 2 years and I havent had any problems. I am myself Asian and so dont find any problems that the previous reviewer had. But everybody does speak English as they have jobs here.
Abt my apartment, I was lucky to get a good apartment just as I wanted. The carpet in my apartment was also new when I moved in, which I liked.
The staff is Ok, they are not friendly but they are also not rude. I havent had many maintenance issues, but the ones I have reported have been taken care of efficiently.
The apartments are quiet, parking is ample, the Clifty park is nearby. The only downside would have to be the rent which is high compared to other apartment complexes nearby.
