lost security deposit for dirt on blinds!-- worst apt ever

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
We were tricked to sign another one year lease after being promised by the leasing offier for free electricity. which turned out we started to pay in full after 6 months. When we argue for it, they just said they didn't see a written proof of it.
We also cleaned out our apartment very well before we moved out, but was charged over $200 for dirts on blinds and ceiling fans. It's ridiculous. This place stinks.
