Everytime I had to talk to this management it has given me atleast 2 weeks of headache. They tell you that u've used a wrong soap when ur dishwasher goes wrong. You take a bath too long when the u dont complain about hot water. They tell u to pay for bug treatment. Do not give u referal money.

The management is usually rude, I always have to think twice before talking to them.

the only bug treatment a resident is ever asked to pay for is for 'bed-bugs' which are brought here from over-seas. There were no 'bed-bugs' before the resident moved in and only became an issue once they arrived. 'Bed-bugs' are generally transported from middle eastern and/or european countries. They do not thrive here in the US, thus the tenant would be the one to cause them considering that the tenant did just arrive here from out of the country. All staff memebers strive to exhibit great customer service at Steinhurst. This includes maintenace and office staff.

Very scientifically written. They do not have any clue on Geography or Biology. How can you prove that a bed bug was brought by a resident? Are you the CIA? I heard they rear dolphins and all...and so must have a way to tag these critters. But not this management who does not know who is a Middle East person vs somebody from Mexico or Latin America or say Asia.
