Amazing how every time I call the office it's closed, when i stop by it's closed, when i send an e-mail it takes almost a week to get a response, but it seems that everyone else around here it so 'happy' with the office staff. Guess you can't complain if you NEVER talk to them because they are NEVER available! Can't comment on the quaility of maintenance's work as they NEVER make it here to fix anything. If you don't ever want anything I guess it's your place to live!

When an apartment is being shown we close the office for the amount of time we think it will take noting the time we will be back. If you call the office and nobody is in you may leave a message and we will return the call as soon as possible and you may leave a message for maintenance requests. If you do not leave a message we cannot return your call. As far as sending an email message, you might have the wrong address. Our address is westwoodpines@sbcglobal.net
