B/c they don't have much competition in the area, and have built-in customers via two HUGE manufacturing companies who refer to them, this complex continues to raise rent(quite a lot)despite marginal increases in cost-of-living indices in the area.
The manager is nice as can be b/f you sign on the proverbial dotted line, but is a cold snob afterwards. The dour look on her face could wither the life out of anything.
I find many of the PERFECTLY RATED posts on this community VERY ODD, and would not put it past mgmt to have written them. Also, as with any small community, your business is not your own, and these people are inordinately nosy.
Compared to the rest of what this town has to offer, these apts. look nice, but looks aren't everything.
