Lived here for a month, and it has been one letter after another regarding my pet. I had a conversation with the manager, and she said I could take care of deposit on July 13th. Next thing I know, the letters start arriving on June 25 threatening to break my lease. I hope they do, would love to get out of this place now that I see shoddy quality of fixtures, ac runs constantly, windows don't seal very well, they don't clean the halls (full of bird crap), hornets everywhere. Plus the manager lives on the grounds so she must have binoculars into my place considering I didn't pick up once after my dog (ran out of bags) and got a note that day. If she would lay off a little, and maintenance cleaned up a bit more it would be an okay place. Not nearly worth the coin they can command since there is very little competition in the area.
