For the price you pay for rent here, you would get better quality, better maintenance, and better apartment managers, if you stayed at Lincoln Village or Quail Run(and that's pretty bad). The place might look nice and be in a nice area due to "Tipton Lakes", but thats all a joke. The thermostat is broke in the apartment, bedroom doors won't close, dishwasher does not wash thoroughly, and the apartments are infested with spiders and rolly-poly bugs. Not to mention the water and ice thats not edible due to the taste of copper. And you can't even have maintenance come fix the problems because one of the maintenance workers sexually harrassed one of the painters/subcontractors that I know VERY well. The apartments are cheaply made, and cheaply and inaccurately maintained. The manager of the apartment complex is rude and has no people skills at all. You can't even have a civilized conversation with her because she is disrespectful and unreasonable. And you're not allowed to have a grill on your patio because the maintenance manager wants to save 10% on the insurance on the apartment complex. Thats ridiculous. You can't even "live your life" at these apartments. I've seen her take a little kids tricycle because it was underneath the stairway. She shouldn't be allowed to do that. It wasn't hurting her! She could've at least tried to find who it belonged to and asked them to put it up. But yet, she took it and the little boy cried because he thought somebody had stole his tricycle. There's no surveillance whatsoever. I know of someone who's car got broken into and some of her belongings were taken. But yet this place is supposed to a nice and safe environment... YEAH RIGHT!!! Take my advice and go elsewhere. If not, you will be wasting your time and money!
