The Bad:
I moved in March 05 and there are 2 lights built in (hall and bathroom) and 1 to 2 outlets per room (4 of them switch activated) and no outlet in the batheroom. If you use the switch outlets to control a lamp in the room, you are left with one outlet for each bedroom and two in the living room. Antiquated stove/sink and food left in the fridge. Carpet was covered with hair, both bedroom door had been kicked in and the trim hastily glued and stapled (one door will not stay closed now). Everything leaks (both sinks, toilet, shower), kitchen sink has no cold water/disposal broken and to top it off, the bathroom mirror is actually 8 little mirrors placed edge to edge so your reflection is distorted. The neighbors smoke, the smell of which comes through the door (doesn't have any kind of seal) and floor. Parking is about good, but the lot has MASSIVE potholes.
The good:
The building looks nice on the outside and the layout of the apt is good. The staff is GREAT, as in nice people that do stuff when you ask them to do stuff. It's in town close to everything and has a bus stop (where the bus goes or how many stops Columbus has I don't know). There is an option to pay more and park under a little shelter thing. Big windows and utilities included in rent (has A/C too). And the final word in good: Quail Run (other apt complex) is the worst place ever. It is the only real competition in the area and my friend living there can't get anything fixed and they try to charge him fees for things.

I think we are getting screwed with the price/apt because my company is renting it and we pay the company. Other people are paying a about 60% what we are. The other apts in the complex are also nicer (stuff doesn't leak and whatnot) with the exceptions of apt rented by people that are trashing the place. Also, if you get the apt furnished the price doubles to $1200 a month for funiture you could by for less than you pay per month for it.
