My experience at Williamsburg was absolutely horrible. The windows had leaks, so whenever it rained my bed was soaked. The sink would stop up and fill up with sewage water very frequently. We also had an issue with the ceiling caving in in our bathroom. The office and matinence didn't believe me when I called them until they saw it for themselves. They took a whole week to patch up the hole above my toilet which exposed the pipes from up above. There was also a coolant trap leak in our air conditioner which spread mold in the coat closet and ceiling. Matinence said they would clean it out, but here I am at another apartment and I highly doubt it ever got attended too. The staff is a joke and they change management every six months. Safety and noise was also a very big issue there. The hallways are filthy and the "private" storage area constantly smelled like sewage.
I didn't receive my security deposit back ever though the apartment was in better shape than when we moved in. The manager at the time was also extremely rude to us when we questioned him about the deposity and also had the audacity to tell us that we may owe him money.

All in all...don't live here. Like someone said about another apartment complex in this town...its a health inspector's dream come true!
