Two month ago, Williamsburg Apartments changed owners. The new owners have determined to improve the quality of living in the old run-down apartment. They are buying new carpets, painting all the walls, fixing the sidewalks (If you lived there you know how bad they are), and kicking out residents who do not obey the community rules or fulfilling their contracts.

For those who does not know, this apartment is for lower income level families. I lived in a 3BR/1BA for $750/mo, there is no other apartments in the area come close to that price. So before you look for apartments know what is most important to you.

As for other apartments, Steinhurst and Quail Run have the same management, the community is nice and so are the houses. However, they are usually $200-$300/mo or more expensive than Williamsburg Way depending on the add on packages you want. Also, you have to pay for gas for Quail Run. Parkview is also pretty cheap, but the room size is much smaller than Williamsburg's. If I remember correctly, all of the apartments have a $50/mo fee for short term leases and they do not prorate moving out.

One Tip: If you want to have a good time living in Williamsburg Apartment, be nice to the landlady. If you have a good relationship with her, she will treat you right.
