I lived there for almost two years and never got anything done on my apartment. They will promise to have it done right away, but you still need to call again and again. When they FINALLY come out to fix something, they do a half-a**ed job of it. My ceiling fell in and was leaking and it took TWO DAYS and SIX phone calls before someone came and PATCHED IT. It was never completely fixed. They promised me a new garage door opener,and lock, and I never got one. The air conditioner was never properly fixed. I was told the carpets would be replaced before I moved in. Well, come moving day and they hadn't "gotten" to it yet. NEVER HAPPENED! When time came for me to renew my lease, I refused to sign it until things got fixed. They said okay, and nothing got fixed or signed. I finally decided I had enough and gave my 30 days noticed and moved out. They were given my forwarding address and phone number. Eight months later I receive a letter from a collection agency saying I owed Williamsburg over $800!!!! I called them and they said they were charging me for a months rent and cleaning expenses!! I said I gave my notice and left the place in the shape it was when I moved in!!!! I asked why I didn't get any notice before this and they said they didn't have my fowarding information!!! They said they would drop the collection, since I gave notice to someone who was fired for not completing paperwork. I just talked to the manager and she informed me that they have a new owner! maybe now things will change for the better!! the last owners...Real Mark corp...were the people that didnt fix the place up. this woman seems very sincere about wanting to help with all the problems at williamsburg and has contacted the new owners about the collections company and says that they will take care of it... 11 mar 08.

I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE JANUARY AND HERE ITS JUNE IN THE PEOPLE WHO MANGE IT NOW ARE NO DIFFERENT I WISH I HAD READ THIS BEFORE I EVER MOVED IN AND IF ITS THE LAST THING I EVER DO NO ONE WILL EVER GO THROUGH WHAT I DID I WILL WRITE IT IN PAPERS AND STAND ACROSS THE STREET AS PEOPLE APPLY AND TELL THEM DON'T WANT TO LIVE HERE THIS PLACE NEEDS HELP BAD
