	Very old complex and not well kept. Poor management - phone calls are never returned. The only part of the grounds that looks nice is the area around the office.

	Unhappy ever since landlord retired and we got new staff. Very Poor lighting outside parkinglot at night! It's too dark and they don't replace the bulbs for the lamps out there. They over-trim your ONCE nice bushes, BUT anyone could ... more

	Willowood is old building but quiet and safe. There are too many restrictions for the residents since management changed. You can't expect to get security deposit back.
