You talk about a roach motel. These people will rent to anybody with a pulse their are drug dealers that live here and the cops are always in and out of here for something. the apartments are BARELY big enough for one person and forget about furniture when we rented the balcony's were sloped at an angle, we were told that was so that rain could drain off of the balcony's. Right on the the neigbors below us. We moved out immediately and into the apartment complex right next door called Towne Terrace they are so much better and they are pet friendly to the max unlimited number of pets with a one time 400 dollar deposit that you can pay in installments for the length of your lease.

I've lived at Turtle Creek for over 10 years now and have never had a problem with any of these things. They rent by fair housing, which is to anyone who qualifies under the same guidelines that you were quailfied by. Their staff will do anything that they can to make your living arrangement comfortable and enjoyable. If you report your issues, they will be handled. And the only apartments that have a pest problem are from the people who BRING the pests. So I'm glad you moved, I wouldn't want to be your neighbor.
