I lived in Crawfordsville a few years back, and worked at Autumn Woods for a while. I do not understand what the fussying is about here people. Have you not taken a look around your community' Autumn Woods is the nicest most well maintained apartment community in Crawfordsville. Some of the communities there are older than the hills, the office staff is brash and anything but professional, there prices are not that great when you consider that you are getting: an older unit, which means more maintenance problems. How many apartment communities have a swimming pool' I can only think of Shady Knoll and Indian Springs may have one but I really cant remember. With your less than thriving city economics, your delabidated older buildings, and generally your "its a welfare town" mentality you should be thanking PEDCOR for spending money to build you a great place to live. Moral of the story QUIT WHINING,take a good look around you, and be thankful for the things you have because you could be one of those poor souls living in the old township house, what are they called now, oh yeah Pike Street apts!

You obviously don't really know the community at all. It isn't less than thriving, or run down. And I agree with the other poster that the staff is really poor.

You obviously don't work there anymore for a reason. The staff is anything but professional. What is a nice place to live if you can go home and enjoy it? I don't have welfare to take care of me. I work for what I have. I pay the maximum amount for rent there and I get in the arse everymonth. I have loud neighbors that live above me and the staff does nothing to quiet them. All they want to do is keep the ones that do live off of welfare and run off the ones who have to pay the full amount. That is fine I will take my hard earned money and go somewhere else. I can find just as nice somewhere else even if it isn't in Crawfordsville.
