Although we were satisfied (just satisfied) with our apartment, we were very unhappy with the staff (usually rude, impatient, and inflexible). A typical wait for maintenance to respond to an order was a month and if we would call and ask about it we were told that there were more pressing issues than ours. They did not completely fix the things that needed attention and they charged us for damages that had been done by previous residents and we had alerted them to repeatedly. The materials used in the apartment were cheap and were continually falling apart.
