I have lived at Shady Knoll for almost a year now and the manager was very rude. I hear she is no longer there and that a new manager has been hired in. People say she is real easy to work with and if you need maintenance work she is right on top of it. They even have new maintenance guys that seem to really know what they are doing. I am going to stay another year. I have been talking to the office girls and they seem ready to work with my issues. I think Shady Knoll is a great place to live.
