The apartment had a fairly large bedroom with ample closet space and a window to the front. The bathroom was average in size. In the hallway across from the bathroom were linen and coat closets. A stackable washer/dryer was provided at no extra cost, hidden in a separate closet. The kitchen was sufficiently large with a dishwasher and microwave. All appliances worked. The dining area, due south of the kitchen, had a ceiling fan with light fixture. The living area was west of the dining area and enough room for a couch, endtable and loveseat. Cable and phone access were available, but I did not use these. A glass sliding door led to the back porch.


The apartment was perfectly clean when I moved in. The staff was courteous and helpful. Maintenance is extremely efficient. Unless it's an emergency, if you call before noon they'll fix the problem that day. If you call after noon, they'll have the problem fixed by noon the following day.

As a young adult getting started, the apartment was perfect. It provided many luxuries (such as the washer/dryer and dishwasher) for an EXTREMELY affordable price. The addition is friendly and the other residents respectful. For someone who likes to cook, the kitchen was quite acceptable.
