Oh no...what have I done? I just moved here this week and I honestly wished I didn't sign that lease. There is a creepy dude in my building that goes to cars trying to see if they are unlocked. He watched from a distance (he didn't see me looking at him) as my sister got in her car.

Not Here! Gutters and roofing tiles have been falling off my building. One gutter almost hit my neighbor's dog! And it's not unusual to see window screens that have blown out laying on the ground. I'm out of here as soon as my lease is up!
