I have lived at Settler's Run for 7 months now. Not a month has gone by that I have not had a problem. TO begin with, the apartment is very poorly constructed with very poor insulation. My carpet does not even reach my walls. My wash room flooded several times after being "fixed" by maintenance. I also have daily problems with noise. Lastly, several serious safety issues have presented since I began living here. I have never felt safe living here as a single female and would NOT recommend it for women living alone! It is worth paying more per month to live in a safer complex!
