I had lived at Settlers Run for about 2 years, but just recently moved out due to a job on the other side of town. I love my experience here and would recommend it to everyone. It's short of by its self so the traffic is very light, but it is so close to anything and everything you need. Residents and office staff are great! I'm sad that I had to move and now that I'm somewhere else I realize how great it was to stay there.

I disagree the apartments are not close to ANYTHING! Unless you like sitting in 20 minutes of traffic to go to Avon.

to the person who left the last response please put your listing in the actual reviews because some people that are thinking of moving here may not look back this far, and you sooooo hit the nail on the head there.

You guys are petty. Sitting 20 minutes in traffic to get to avon. If you live in settlers run you are basically in avon. The whole idea of settlers run is the peace and tranquility and if you wanted dumps go someplace else. You live in an apartment not a home of your own so expect the unexpected which should always be expected when leaving in an addition with hundreds of strangers. DUH!
