That's basically all I can say about this apartment complex. Since they have been bought out by this Jewish company they suck!!! We lived here almost 3 years ago and never had 1 problem with the office staff.. Since moving back we have had problems after problems. They have no idea what they are doing. I've had a maintenance request in for 3 days and they haven't even came over yet. MOVE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!

I have to agree with you on that. Since the were bought out..the place has gone down hill drastically. The property manager and assistant even hung up on me. Tiffany White in the office is VERY rude and unprofessional, they need to get rid of her! It used to be a decent place to live, when I first moved there back in 2006, but there's not way I would EVER go back there now after moving out the end of 2007.

I am looking for some help!!!! I lived in Settlers Run for 2yrs. I have to agree with all of you about management they are horrible!!!!! Can't even get help from corporate office. We moved out and were refused a walk out inspection, and now are being charged a lot of money they say for cleaning and damages. Which the place was clean and there were no damages done. They sent this to a collection agency in less than a week!!! Have talked with someone from corporate office and of course they are backing there office staff. Also was called a liar by management, even though they had no clue of what happened with there office staff, who are RUDE!!! I am going to contact my lawyer and fight this just want to know if anyone else has had problems, please let me know. What they are doing is so wrong, and I am not going to let them bully me, when nothing was wrong with my apartment!!!!!!!!!
