We found a floorplan that suits us for our short term stay at a reasonable price. The staff is helpful and friendly and more importantly, they are quite willing to accomodate us to get our business. We requested for a garage but would like for it to be closer to our townhome unit. They emptied out their office garage which is closer to our townhome unit so that we can have it. The townhome is quite sound proof which is rare in apartments nowadays. Of course, you can still hear it if someone next door is yelling or running, stomping on the floor. But most of the time, we do not hear anything because the wall is decently insulated. We will recommend this place to anybody.

Just be careful if you have children and especially teenagers, there are a lot of drugs in that complex and grown up tenants selling and doing illegal drugs with the teenagers that live in the complex. You will see the Danville police in the complex all the time from tenants filing complaints over other tenants. The grounds are beautiful though.
