Keep looking..drugs and cops there all the time

The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are comfortable and reasonable compared to others in Avon, BUT there is a high price to pay for that when you go to move out. Since Settlers was bought out by Empirian, and the entire office personell changed..and maintenance changing every other day..it has gone downhill. There are a lot of drugs in the complex as well. If you have teenagers, beware..there are adult tenants living there that will provide and use illegal drugs with your teen! It was occuring with mine right under my nose. Not only that, but I could walk late at night and smell marijuana smoke coming from apartments/town homes. The Danville police were there a lot and they even knew which tenants were using drugs and supplying the teenagers, but they nor the office personell did a thing about it. I would pay a higher price and go elswhere if I had to do it all over again.

You have thousands of people that live in a complex and you think that none of them smoke pot?Your an idiot,call the police if you smell it,they are drivin lookin for ---- like that

I think that you misinterpreted me, I realize that there are a lot of tenants, certainly not thousands though in this complex anyway. The cops were there one day and did smell it, even made a comment about it, they actually informed me to keep my teenager away from that particular apt. but they did nothing. So FUQ..who's the IDIOT now??There are A LOT of other drugs besides pot that are being used/abused/sold on the premises.
