Any time you contact the staff they are rude and condescending. The pool that was closed most of the summer last year, is still closed as of today and is not going to be opened till atleast next week sometime. This is beyond acceptable. They are the first in line for wanting late fees but are not willing to take money off because the pool is closed. The class of residents has drastically gone down hill as well. Everyone seems to have a different base rent for the same unit, nothing seems to be in line. I would definitely look else where.

I agree. It's not fair that new tenants pay less for the same apartment. They are going to lose the good tenants and be left with the riff-raff they have let in. They will spend more in repairs and recovery in the long run. Hope someone got a good bonus for filling it up. Hope you can leave soon. I hate it here. I would call it a nightmare.

So sorry to hear..but when I moved out of there a year ago..it was starting to go downhill. I paid my rent on time EVERY month..actually early EVERY month..my apt. was well kept/clean..and I minded my own business. The office staff at that time was rude..in fact my husband ended up going off on one of them..calling her a rude b*tch and hanging up on her..only after she had hung up on him prior.

The fact that people that have been gone for over a year are posting negative comments should tell you the type of people who post on here.Every apartment complex has all types of people,good and bad.The bad,the ones who bash on these types of sites,are the people who dont pay their rent,damage property,dont pick up after their pets,or whatever gets the attention of their neighbors or the people who work there.I have been here since this place was a year old and lived in other apartments before that and this is a good place to live.There has been staff changes but that seems to happen everywhere if you stay there long enough.What you get on these sites is not the thousands of people who loved it here or still love it here,its the angry people who cant hold up their end of the deal.Any positive comment posted here is met with,"sounds like a staff member".Bottom line is that Danville is a good place to live and Settlers Run is a good place to rent if you need a place.
