Please don't move here. You would not believe how rude the staff is. I agree with the poster who talked about the manager Janice. I have never dealt with a more rude individual in my life. She acts as if we are scum beneath her feet. I feel that the office staff forgets that the residents here are customers. It is also my feeling that they can't seem to get the existing renters out of here fast enough so they can rent to the ever increasing amount of white trash that seems to be moving in. Maybe thats because these kind of people aren't concerned when things aren't taken care of because they don't know any different. Well they will get their wish with me, my lease is up very soon and I have already started to look for other housing. I wish anyone good luck that decides to live in the DANVILLE GHETTO!!

If someone finds out if we can get out of the lease, please let me know how. I have never hated living somewhere like I do here. I am moving out of this hellhole as soon as I can. I have a place lined up but I wish I could get out sooner. Surely renters have some rights but I can't afford a lawyer.

Is there a way to get out of my lease since the maintenance and the staff are a joke? I've lived here 7 months and I HATE IT.. My neighbors are some teenagers that smoke pot.. I've complained to the apt staff about them and it just goes off unsettled.. THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!

OMG I know what you mean this place is BAD! I can't belive how MEAN the staff is...and nothing ever gets done.I hate where I live because the people in the office are MEAN! How old are you? Stop going in the office then...oh..and I have an idea,why don't you get a life while your at it. Do you not have anything better to do then monitor apartment ratings.com and see what was written today!!When I use to live in an apartment I never once went in the office or called the office...there was no need unless I had something break...so all you little house wives with nothing to do then gossip...why don't you spend alittle time raising your children instead of your voices and shut the H*** up!Thanks so much I use to live here at it is a fine place! That's pretty funny that someone would actually come here and post something about getting a life and not having anything better to do than post on here..when she doesn't even live at Settlers and posted on here. When she "used to live in an apartment" well she didn't live at Settlers obviously or she wouldn't be running her mouth. Oh, by the way beotch..I'm not a housewife so eat ----.HAHAHAHAHA
