This is the worst place ever to live.. We've been here almost a year and I can't wait till our lease is up! They never mow unless it's really tall.. We have weeds on our patio that are 2 feet high because they never trim. The pool is a different story. They don't know how to maintain it. The ladder broke on one side and they just threw it away instead of fixing it. Then the other ladder broke and they said they have no idea when it'll be fixed. It's one step that needs fixed and Sharon says it could be a long time because they'll have to shut down the pool and it'll take a long time.. There's no manager on property, last I checked.. Always a different story. This place has just become so run down and is allowing a lot of trashy people to move in and trash it! I recommend going elsewhere.

I know they can't raise it on me but I'm just saying in general it's nuts that it's going up.. Nothing has changed here! But everything is going up.. Just a fact of life!

its not really that crazy, apartments have to raise their prices every once in a while to offset the cost of managing and maintaining them. its the economy, they don't have to add new features or improve the apartments to raise prices. look at any apartment complex, and you will see that prices will go out without any "noticable differences". If someone doesn't want to pay that price, they dont have to live there.

You make me soooo happy that I moved out of there...before Janice even came along..sounds like they are still having the same high turnover they had when I lived there a couple years ago. Empirian bought them when I lived there...you're right..they are slum lords and will try to get you to pay for stuff that you didn't even damage. Good luck getting your filter changed..I had to do it myself and I lived there over a year.

I can't wait till move from this place, they don't take care of the place what so ever. the pool is a joke my girlfriend got a ring worm from it. The play ground wasn't to bad intill the last 5 months and know it looks like a jungle. I was any one looking to move in this place I would not stay away from it go across the steet.
