I want to know why they are getting everything so nice and neat around here.. Are they selling again'!' Also, we haven't had our furnace filter changed since we moved in. The only answer I get is, "we've had such a high maintenance turnover". I'm sorry Janice but that's not my fault. Get the guys on the job to DO IT! This place is a joke! I hear they are raising rent 6% in November''' That's a bunch of bull.. Nothing has changed here to up their price.. RENTERS BEWARE!!

I know they can't raise it on me but I'm just saying in general it's nuts that it's going up.. Nothing has changed here! But everything is going up.. Just a fact of life!

its not really that crazy, apartments have to raise their prices every once in a while to offset the cost of managing and maintaining them. its the economy, they don't have to add new features or improve the apartments to raise prices. look at any apartment complex, and you will see that prices will go out without any "noticable differences". If someone doesn't want to pay that price, they dont have to live there.

To all of you who understand how ridiculous Settlers Run is, don't sign another lease, and move!! Settlers Run would be better without current management, and it appears, all the idiots are here to stay. I'm moving so follow my lead. Also, I think a lot more things would be accomlished if Janice were not drunk. Her and Sharon obviously share a brain, so I gave up calling a long time ago! You know the sayig--Live and Learn. Empirian will get theirs. Empirian is not exactly a pillar of society. Just check their record at bbb.org. It makes you realize the true slum lords they are.

You make me soooo happy that I moved out of there...before Janice even came along..sounds like they are still having the same high turnover they had when I lived there a couple years ago. Empirian bought them when I lived there...you're right..they are slum lords and will try to get you to pay for stuff that you didn't even damage. Good luck getting your filter changed..I had to do it myself and I lived there over a year.
