I lived at Settlers Run for 2 years. I moved out very recently, within the last few months. I moved because of location and also because I had some bad neighbors and to be closer to family. Maintenance did not change the furnace filter on a routine basis but when I called to have it changed, they did come and change it. I had some large crickets and beatles come into my apartment and I called and asked for a pest control treatment and they sent someone which took care of it. I really did not have a lot of maintenance issues but anytime I called for maintenance, someone came and took care of it. I even had a lockout and was stuck out in the cold and this nice man came and let me in.

I left my apartment in very good condition. Janice, the manager, was very fair to me. I was not charged for anything that was unjust. I would like to thank her for being so fair. She has never been rude to me nor has any of the staff. Compared to other apartment communities that I lived in, Settlers Run is one of the nicest.

You must be one of the VERY few. I always had problems in my apt. with worms coming in and bugs. Even after it being sprayed.
