Settler's Run caters to families. The $$$ for a three bedroom is affordable compared to other complexes. I would recommend spending a little more money and get a better quality apartment. You give up quality construction at Settler's Run. The biggest issue is the NOISE! I can hear both of my neighbors when they argue. I am on the ground floor and I can hear every sound the upstairs apartment makes. I understand that it is an apartment and you will have noise but you can clearly hear all conversations, using the restroom and it sounds like the kids are going to come through the ceiling. I lived at Linden Square for a year and I had no idea I even had neighbors. We are moving back to Linden Square in October. killing the
