Good Luck Reaching Someone!

These have a great floorplan, and at a reasonable price. We liked that they took a six month lease and large pets. Our biggest frustration was the office. We rarely could reach the property manager when we called, and she continously had signs on the door that she was out for this reason or another. If you ever had an issue, good luck getting ahold of her in person or on the phone.
Finally...our worst complaint was that they did not return our deposit after we moved out in a timely manner. I called every week and left a message, asking when we would expect it. THREE MONTHS LATER...I ended up contacting an attorney, because the state of Indiana requires that landlords return security deposits within 45 days of vacating. It was well over that time for us. Two days after starting legal action with an attorney, they finally mailed the check.
